[MIS26-P05] International organization's science plan and Japan's Arctic policy

Planning of post-ArCS is in progress. International collaboration is a “must” for Japanese Arctic (polar region) research, and it is important to be able to demonstrate Japan's strength internationally. There are several international science plan published recently and they could be a hint for one way to formulate the plan of Post ArCS. Japanese Arctic policies must be also referenced for the plan. Then, the international organization 's Science Plan on Arctic Research, Japanese Arctic Policy, Overseas Arctic Research Program are introduced.
