[O03-P12] A Historical Review of the Sky in Yokohama 1965 to 2014
Keywords:Climate Change, The Heat Island Phenomenon , Control Experiment, Environmental Measure
This is the research of climate change in Yokohama to solve environmental issues in Yokohama.
First, I analyzed weather data of 1965 to 2014 in Yokohama. As a result, I found 4 points; the rise in the temperature and humidity; the increase in cloud cover and precipitation and the number of days of thunderbolts; the decline in the greenery rates; the decline in the number of days of fog. We can think these are because the temperature was raised. Because of these results, I thought the heat island phenomenon has been occurring in Yokohama.
Second, I thought making cool spots is the best idea to provide effects of the heat island phenomenon. So, I did an exmeriment to know the efficient way of locating cool spots. From the results of the experiment, I knew that putting cool spots separately is the efficient way.
In the future, I want to continue this experiment and looking for the places to put cool spots in Yokohama by using actual maps.
