The time line and the evacuation plan will help to reduce the number of effectively cut down human damage from floods or typhoons. On making the plan, It's difficult to consider the local characteristics of nature for school teachers and community residents because of a lack of special knowledge. Academic contribution is expected to support them. A few implementation cases by authors are introduced.
