We present opinions and recommendations to the future of the Japan Geoscience Union (JpGU) from members of Society of Geomagnetism and Earth, Planetary and Space Sciences (SGEPSS). The opinions and recommendations are categorized into (1) opinions for the future perspective of JpGU and (2) comments and requests to the organization of the JpGU meeting.

- Future perspective of JpGU as an international meeting and the relation with AOGS

- Increase the number of sessions jointly organized by multiple societies

- Official channel of opinions/suggestions from participants/conveners to JpGU

In this presentation, we summarize the opinions and recommendations from the members of SGEPSS.
