[O-02] How to cope with wind disasters under rapidly changing climate

In September 2018, we experienced severe storm damages over West Japan which paralyzed the Kansai International Airport. In September 2019 we also experienced severe storm damages over East Japan, and huge electric power was down over a wide areas in Chiba Prefecture. We will discuss how to cope with such severe wind disasters under changing climate including participants. All the oral presentations are invited talks by the specialists in the Japan Geoscience Union (JpGU), and the Japan Academic Network for Disaster Reduction (JANET-DR) which was established in 2016.
