[S-GD02] Geodesy
convener:Koji Matsuo(Geospatial Information Authority of Japan), Yusuke Yokota(Institute of Industrial Science, The University of Tokyo), Daisuke Oka(Geological Survey of Hokkaido, Environmental and Geological Research Department, Local Independent Administrative Agency, Hokkaido Research Organization)
In this session, we call for wide range of papers concerned with geodesy and its application to geoscience. Topics of interest will include but not limited to recent advances in measurement techniques, data analysis, numerical modeling or theoretical studies of the Earth's geometry, gravity/geoid, and rotation. In addition, this session also welcomes topics of interdisciplinary studies on geoscience using ground-based geodetic techniques (spirit leveling, absolute/relative gravimeter, strain meter and so on) or space geodetic techniques (GNSS, GRACE, satellite altimetry and so on).
