Tourism is part of sustainable community development, one of the
components of Geopark.
We introduce a case where the guide's approach from the perspective of a
geopark amplifies the new attraction of a tourist spot.

Oedo Onsen Monogatari, a hotel in Kushimoto-town, operates a cheap round
-trip bus from Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe to attract customers on weekdays.
The outbound bus arrives at the hotel shortly after 2:30 pm, and leaves
at 3:30 pm with passengers from the previous day.
In other words, They you have to check out by 10:00 am the day after
your stay and wait for the bus until 3.30 pm.
In order to keep those customers from getting bored, there are optional
tour buses in tourist areas.

The buses change course depending on the season, but on the course
around Kozagawa, it is a guided tour.
The course covers the Ichimai-iwa monolith in Koza river, Taki-no-hai
waterfall, Mushikui-iwa rock in Takaike, and Hashigui-iwa rock.
The guide for this course is undertaken and dispatched by the Nanki
Kushimoto Tourism Association.

However, instead of just looking at the sights, the added value will be
enhanced by commentary provided by the Geopark Guide, making it even
more attractive.
We are convinced that we can attract more customers.

We want to take the guide activities into the community and connect the
Geopark to tourism.
