In order to improve the quality of education, the academic knowledge of geoscience should be appropriately reflected. Therefore, the differences between the academic knowledge of geoscience and the descriptions of textbooks of geography and geosciences used in the textbooks of upper secondary school. We discuss what should be descripted in the textbooks.
