[O04-P35] Long-term Fluctuation of Snowfall/Precipitation Ratio and Global Warming

*Yukihiro Takaki1 (1.Tokyo Metropolitan Toyama High School)

Keywords:global warming, climate changing, snowfall/precipitation ratio

In this study, I focused on long-term fluctuation of snow quality. I used data for half a century, which is from japan meteorological agency. Using snowfall/precipitation ratio (S/R, a barometer of snow quality), I researched on long-term changing of S/R and a relationship between snow quality and temperature. There was a correlation between them and S/R was decreasing in half a century. I concluded that the decreasing of S/R was a result of influenced by global warming.
