According to our school regulation, we need to change into winter uniforms on the beginning of October. However, we felt very hot so as not to be able to spend time with summer uniforms last October. On that day, we had a question that our clothing change may not suit the actual situation of climate change. Using AMeDAS in Funabashi city, we examine the temperature in 40 years, and clarified a rise in temperature. In addition, we compared Funabashi, Sakura, and Ryugasaki city. As Funabashi city had a big rise in temperature, we considered it is “heat island effect”. We suggested two ideas to change our regulations; “Clothing change in summer makes 2 weeks earlier and it in winter makes 2 weeks later” and “We can choose summer uniforms and winter uniforms”. We have begun to move to improve our school regulation that suits the real situation.
