[O05-P04] A case study of geo-education at an geo/ecological site in the Dinosaur Valley Fukui Katsuyama National Geopark

All of the elementary schools and junior high schools in the Dinosaur Valley Fukui Katsuyama Geopark are member of the UNESCO School and imprement ESD (education for sustainable development) on the fields of the geopark. Each school conducts community learning which the students can learn from their familiar nature so that to enhance their civic prides.
We will report a case study of geo-education that we conducted at the Heisenji elementary school in collaboration with some stakeholders and discuss about our challenges and prospects.
