The Dinosaur Valley Fukui Katsuyama National Geopark is a Japanese geopark covering whole territory of Katsuyama city, Fukui prefecture. There are 9 elementary schools and 3 junior high schools in the area and they are member of UNESCO Associated Schools, base for ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) promotion. We will report our support systems and practice examples, conducted at the Arado elementary school and Katsuyama Nanbu junior high school, of geopark education at the schools in our geopark and discuss about our challenges and prospects.
