[PEM14-01] Alfvenic fluctuations in the near-Sun solar wind: Measurements from Parker Solar Probe

The PSP/FIELDS instrument has measured a rich variety of phenomena over PSP Encounters 1-3, including Alfvenic fluctuations and turbulence, dust, plasma instabilities and solar and Jovian radio emissions. The PSP spacecraft had its 4th solar encounter at < 28 Rs in late January, 2020. Here we report a summary of first results from the PSP/FIELDS instrument focusing on new results beyond those observed in Encounter 1-3 and describing measurements of Alfvenic 'switchbacks'.
