Educational activity of AORI
We welcome you to the Atmosphere and Ocean Research Institute (AORI), of The University of Tokyo. We offer advanced graduate education programs in atmospheric and oceanic research. Professors of AORI belong to one or more of the following graduate schools, and engage in graduate programs though lecturing and supervision of graduate students.
M.S. and/or Ph.D candidates need to choose a professor in the field of interest prior to application. Please feel free to contact any professor of interest via email if you have any questions. There are marine science internships every March and April for undergraduate students and an information session is held for any prospective postgraduate students in early June of each year at our institute. Please join them if you are interested.
Information session for prospective postgraduate students
Information session for prospective postgraduate students will be held online on Sunday 29th of May. Advance registration is required to attend the information session. Deadline of the registration is Friday 27th of May. This session will be given in Japanese, but is open to non-Japanese speaking students as well.
