[G03-07] Authentic learning from perspective of aerospace -JAXA space education material "Google Earth Engine Apps by JAXA - Let’s use satellite data in the classroom! -"-

JAXA Space Education Center support to take aerospace into education. As the philosophy of Education Center, the main goal is not learning about space, but learning with space. And it is most important to use the material of space to ignite the three hearts of "curiosity", "adventure" and "craftmanship".
Education Center widely covers various fields such as formal education, informal education and experience-based learning opportunities. In addition to that, Education Center develop and release space education materials which is over 300 currently. In this presentation, we introduce the space education material using Google Earth Engine, an online platform that also includes JAXA satellite data, named "Google Earth Engine Apps by JAXA - Let's use satellite data in the classroom! -". We mention not only how to use, but also educational effect we expect. Finally we indicate issue and vision about this space education material from report a teacher who actually use this material wrote.
