[G05-P04] Outline and Utilization of Shimokita Geopark Brand Products

The certified product system, which started in 2017, certifies menus offered at restaurants and crafts, in addition to foods that can be used as souvenirs, and by the end of 2021, there were 32 products from 22 companies.
Although it is not possible to hold PR events inside and outside the region due to COVID-19, various efforts are being made, such as soliciting arrangement recipes using certified products and developing collaboration products between certified product companies.
In this presentation, I would like to report the effects and issues obtained from the certified product system, future prospects, based on the using cases of Shimokita Geopark Brand products and the results of questionnaire on food for foreigners conducted in 2022.
