[HDS09-02] 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake-induced surface deformation detection along Zogahana Fault by 2.5-D analysis using ALOS-2 data

*Hiroshi, P. Sato1, Takayuki Nakano2 (1.College of Humanities and Sciences, Nihon University, 2.Geospatial Information Authority of Japan)

Keywords:SAR, Fault, Kumamoto Earthquake

Nakano et al. (2018) et al. reported that tectonic surface deformation appeared along Zogahana Fault, northern part of Aso Caldera, Japan. This study used ascending ALOS-2 data (Path130 Frame650) measured on 25 Feb, 16 Jun, and 20 Oct in 2016 and descending ALOS-2 data (Path23 Frame2950) measured on 7 Mar and 18 Apr in 2016) and performed 2.5-D analysis (Fujiwara et al., 2000) . As a result, it was found that north-dipping and right-lateral deformation was detected along Zogahana Fault, same as Nakano et al. (2018).
