Many disaster museums were built in the northeastern Japan. These museums give to people experience of Great East Japan Earthquake. Many museums saved disaster materials. For example, there are digital photographs, movies, materials (deformed car and so on). These disaster materials are providing experience. Peoples who live in disaster area are able to brace themselves for next disaster. In many museums, What kind of materials can hand down the disaster is being considered. The Great East Japan Earthquake and Nuclear Disaster Museum in Fukushima, many materials are exhibited. In recent years, the importance of disaster storytellers has been pointed out. The same point has been made in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. For reducing next disaster, geography needs not only mapping but also regional disaster history. In the future, not only disaster records but also spatial analysis will be important.
