An Open Science community fosters collaboration and sharing with the goal of lowering barriers of access to publications and the scientific data and software that supports research findings. The community sets expectations on good practice that help build trust, equity, and inclusion. At AGU our Strategic Plan has set objectives to help incorporate open science practices in our own programs as well as introducing these concepts to the broader community. This talk will share this work and provide tangible ways to begin your own Open Science journey.
