Crystal nucleation, mineralization, and various structural order formation of diverse materials are more and more recognized as important in understanding the current status of earth environment and history of planets or astrophysical phenomena. The central focus of interest is often the dynamics of structural formation rather than the final state alone. The nucleus of crystals or solid structure of particles indicates the state after the event of structural order formation. The desired information includes what induces such an emergent order. The dependence of process path implies that the overall picture of the mechanism is beyond the basics of macroscopic thermodynamics. Microscopic dynamics is potentially observed through microscopy. The visual inspection is just a part of understanding, and hence the movie data analysis is the straightforward scenario. In this talk, microscopy movie data analysis of directly invisible situation is addressed. The particle image diffusometry (PID) enables the analysis even when single particle/molecule tracking (SPT/SMT) cannot be applied.
