[MIS22-P01] Development of Search Tools for Historical and Current Earthquake Catalogues

The locations and sizes of the historical earthquakes are estimated based on the descriptions of historical materials. These results are compiled to produce catalogs of the historical earthquakes. Comparison between felt distribution of historical earthquakes and observed seismic intensity distribution of the earthquake occurred at modern times is useful to obtain the detail of historical earthquakes. The catalogs are separately compiled for historical and modern earthquakes. The unique IDs are assigned to historical earthquakes. A tool to integrated search for historical and modern earthquakes are developed by combing the IDs and IDs of modern earthquake catalogs.
