In recent years, developing countries have emerged in the space sector gradually. Since the technology miniaturization effect takes place in any field, the space technology field is involved in the trend. On the other hand, the know-how of space technology has been spread worldwide and shifted to the commercial road. Developing countries established their own space agency or related organization and declared the space policy by considering this new trend. Some country, for instance Mongolia, have newly built state space organization which is under Academy of Science. This organization take the role of developing space technology through Microsatellite development. The organizations do have good collaboration with the local universities. One of the combinations has established cooperation with the National University of Mongolia which is the member of Asian Microsatellite Consortium. In this presentation will discuss about the plan of the organization to develop space technology through Microsatellite development.
