Even though Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is convenient for on-field remote-sensing, it does come with a few problems like RF regulations, UAV driver license depending on the area, etc. On the other hand, non-areal ground measurements won't have these complications. In this study, we will explain our methods of generating Hyperspectral images, that are reconstructed from multi-point pole measurements. At the top of the pole, our inexpensive Spectral Scanning Imaging device, developed previously at Hokkaido University, scans the spectrum of the nearby surrounding area. Then these multi-point measurements get assembled and projected into one large Hyperspectral Image. Also, we will examine the possibilities of projection into the 3D shape of the field for Further VR implementation of the Hyperspectral Data.
