I am an editor of a book on geography for a general book publisher. The number of people who have received geography education is decreasing. On the other hand, TV programs with geographical contents are popular. We want to increase the opportunities for the general public to learn through books. We also want to support those who can disseminate information through publishing. In this presentation, I will report my thoughts on scientific information dissemination from the standpoint of a publisher.
