[O08-P36] The soil factor for the fish life activities

Animals live in the circulation of various ions. Especially, it was considered that the condition of the environment where the living thing was easy to live was able to be found by examining the behavior of various ions for aquatic organisms living in water. Among them, many organisms use P and PO4 together with Na and Ca. Moreover, the change in the temperature and pH is remarkable in the underwater environment, and gravel and the soil in the bottom of the water also influence the circulation of those ions. Therefore, we investigated how gravel and soil at the bottom of the water affect the ionic composition in water and the organism was more active.
