[O08-P41] Analysis of the seismic quiescence before the earthquake (M6.5) of Kumamoto in 2016

The 2016 Kumamoto earthquake caused a series of earthquakes above M6.5, many the dead and missing. I focused on the seismic prediction to research a possible to decrease the damages. In this study, I analyzed the seismic quiescence before the earthquake (M6.5) on April 14, 2016 by the RTL method. As a result, I found the slight negative value, but there weren’t the obvious quiescence. Also, I couldn’t clarify it by mechanisms. In the futures, I expected to look for more accurate methods of the seismic prediction by clarified the mechanism of the seismic quiescence.
