We present potential science cases of multi-color simultaneous cameras (MuSCAT series) in the southern hemisphere. MuSCAT series will be very useful for follow-up observations of exoplanet surveys such as TESS (transit survey), PRIME and Roman (microlens surveys). Once MuSCAT series are installed on 3 telescopes in the southern hemisphere, the MuSCAT network will cover the whole sky both in the northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere. Such facilities will be also very useful for prior observations, simultaneous observations, and follow-up observations of future missions targeting transiting exoplanets such as WSO-UV, Ariel, and TMT. The MuSCAT network will be also useful for observations in different fields such as time-domain astronomy or small Solar system bodies.
