In closed ecosystems, communication between people is very important. The "NAGOMI Meeting" which is organized by the Committee for the Revitalization of Next-Generation Scientific Society of the Society for Eco-Engineering and the Committee on Scientists' Lives of the Japanese Society for Biological Sciences in Space has been held online approximately once a month since October 2021 to provide "an opportunity for people of all ages to get to know and talk with each other." The NAGOMI online meeting focuses on topics related to gender equality and the lives of scientists. The online meeting is also open to those who live far away (e.g., overseas) and those who are raising children. We have been discussing life events experienced by scientists from young to senior, and since it includes useful information in a closed ecosystem, we will report on the activities of the NAGOMI Meeting in this presentation.
