[MIS05-P04] Study on the effect of pore diameter distribution on elastic wave velocities of various stone materials
キーワード:弾性波速度、岩石物性、間隙径分布
Ultrasonic wave velocity measurements are increasingly being used for microstructural and nondestructive characterization of rock materials and are widely used to understand material properties and conditions. Many previous studies have investigated the relationship between rock properties such as density and porosity and elastic wave velocity, however, few studies have included many other factors such as elastic constants and pore size distribution. Therefore, this study was conducted to compare and investigate the physical properties of rock materials that affect elastic wave velocity from a more multifaceted perspective. The P-wave velocity with 24, 54, and 250 kHz and S-wave with 50 kHz were measured by using 8 types of rock specimens. As a result, it was confirmed that S-waves tend to be slower in rocks containing large pores.
