[O06-P38] A Global Energy Revolution to Solve Global Warming

*Miku Yabuki1 (1. Friends Girls Senior High School)

Keywords:Global warming, Hydrogen energy, Climate change adaptation measures, Carbon neutral

In recent years, environmental problems caused by global warming have been attracting attention. The main cause of global warming is the anthropogenic emission of CO2. Currently, approximately 60% of power generation relies on thermal power, which emits CO2. Global energy reform is essential, and hydrogen energy, which does not emit CO2, is the focus of attention. In this study, the importance of hydrogen energy and its utilization were discussed. In the presentation, global warming and energy issues will be discussed together. As a solution to global warming, we propose the realization of a hydrogen energy-centered society using renewable energy. The presentation will also discuss the future of countries that will lose their land due to global warming as a measure for global warming application.
