[O06-P69] Research on the formation of an ideal ecosystem by soil organisms

*Shinki Tominaga1, *Yukako Domoto1, *Naru Kitamura1 (1. Fukui Prefectural Wakasa Senior High School)

Keywords:Soil organisms, Tullgren method, springtails

Our theme is to research on the formation of an ideal ecosystem by soil organisms. In recent years, environmental changes caused by human activities have become increasingly serious and problematic. In the process of searching for the solutions, we focused on the influence of microorganisms on the environment. Our research goal is to survey on the characteristics of microorganisms living in soil and to use them to improve soil by the forces of nature. The project is also regarded as an effort toward a sustainable society. We estimated that it is possible to find differences between fertile soil where many soil organisms are found and infertile soil, by conducting soil surveys under various conditions using the Tullgren method which is based on the previous research. And it will be possible to use the findings to soil improvement. Although it is not fully verified, we found a large number of springtails in fertile soil, and then we concluded the fertile environment and the springtail inhabitation are closely related.
