The purpose of this research is to design an energetic particle analyzer that can be installed on CubeSat missions, capable of measuring electrons, ions and neutrons at the same time. The energy range of particles is 2-200 keV. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight and low power consumption. The analyzer is mainly composed of three parts: the collimator assembly, the attenuator assembly and the detector assembly. After the particles are incident through the angles allowed by the collimator, the electrostatic deflector screens the particles in a specific energy range, and then the particles successfully reach the detector. The type of particle is determined by the different channels of the receiver. In this study, we simulate particle trajectories using plasma dynamics. It is found that under a fixed bias voltage, different distances between electrostatic deflectors affects the distribution of spatial potential lines, which leads to deviations in trajectories of particles with the same energy. We will discuss the incident angle as a function of energy for two electrostatic deflector distances.
