[PPS01-09] The Observation Campaign on Io and the Io Torus: Results from Juno's Extended Mission

Juno's extended mission includes a campaign to monitor Io and investigate the state and variability of the Io torus and Jupiter's magnetosphere. Remote observations include infrared and visible imaging/spectrometry of Io's polar regions to monitor and investigate volcanic activity. In-situ observations include an extensive set of fields and particle measurements througout the torus and magnetosphere, including high and low magnetic latitudes of the main torus region. Simultaneous measurements from Juno of the Jovian aurora as well as Earth-based observations of the Io torus, Io and Jupiter are included in the Juno campaign. Initial results from the campaign and details of future observations will be presented.
