After the occurrence of a destructive earthquake, it is of great significance to quickly obtain the ground motion information of key areas for emergency rescue and mitigation of earthquake disasters. However, it is difficult to comprehensively characterize the main characteristics of ground motion by referring to the seismic disaster assessment scheme with a single parameter or method. With the continuous improvement of China's seismic monitoring capacity, a large number of complete small earthquake records have been accumulated, but these records have not been well utilized. The paper plans to fully consider various uncertainties of source parameters by establishing the Green’s function database of small earthquakes in large fault zone areas and the source model database of scenario earthquakes. After the occurrence of a large earthquake, call the Green’s function database and model database in the region to select the appropriate small earthquake records and source models, and use the Recipe broadband ground motion prediction scheme to quickly estimate the diversified ground motion characteristics with a high probability of typical locations, which are used to quickly evaluate the seismic damage characteristics of major and large construction projects, lifeline projects, high-density residential areas, etc., and guide earthquake emergency rescue.
