[SSS09-P01] A new viscoelastic boundary establishment method for horizontal layered site
Keywords:viscoelastic boundary, oblique incidence of seismic wave, layered strata
Abstract: We first proposed an equivalent zero time point iterative time delay calculation method of horizontal layered strata, and then on the basis of the Snell equation and the continuity condition of seismic wave on the layered interface, the calculation formula of the equivalent nodal force on the artificial boundary was derived, in addition, the oblique incidence ground motion input method of the horizontal layered site under the viscoelastic boundary was obtained accordingly. By this method, the equivalent nodal force can be directly calculated according to the specific information and condition of the target seismic wave and stratum, rather than analyzing all the sources of the seismic wave in turn, so that the formula is more unified and simplifying the calculation as well. To verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method, a three-dimensional finite element calculation model of a double-layer horizontal layered stratum was established for the dynamic response analysis, results show that the calculated values are very close to the theoretical values.
