[SVC32-10] 火山災害の可視化による状況共有図を利用した自治体職員へのワークショップの実施
キーワード:富士山、火山災害、SIP、IDR4M、自治体職員
Difficulty in responding to eruption disasters is due to the low frequency of occurrence and its variety of phenomena. It is unlikely that neither residents nor the disaster mitigation personnel of the local government don't have enough knowledge of the eruption phenomenon, and it must be difficult to image and design the appropriate evacuation and its instructions. We have tried visualization to give as many people as possible an image of the hazard and the disaster it causes. A workshop was held for the officials in charge of disaster prevention in Fuji-Yoshida City and Fuji-Kawaguchiko Town to experience the usability of these situation-sharing maps.
The situation-sharing map was used, which visualizes roads that become unusable when lava flow and ash fall occur at the same time, and a video representation of lava flow. We report on the responses from local government officials after the usability experiences, about the feeling of use, good points and improvement suggestions.
