We consider the mathematical properties of the solutions of PDE systems modeling the fluid dynamics of the Ocean and the Atmosphere which describe linearized motions of three-dimensuinal fluid in the atmospheric layer adjacent to the Ocean, with the consideration of the rotation of the Earth over the vertical axis, exponential decreasing of the initial distribution of density due to the gravitational force, as well as heat transfer and salinity transfer for the case of the Ocean. We obtain an explicit solution and prove its uniqueness. For the applied problems, the eigenvalues and the eigenfunctions may be useful. We find the spectrum of internal vibrations and investigate its localization and structure depending on the parameters of compressibility and bulk viscosity.
