[EV05-01] GeoSciAI2024 Award Ceremony
The Japan Geoscience Union and the Japanese Society for Artificial
Intelligence will jointly host a model development competition in Geoscience! In recent years, AI technology has developed remarkably, which affects the vast research fields. Geoscience is a research field where various physical, chemical, and biological phenomena are intricately intertwined, and the information is vast and diverse in terms of both quantity and quality. Therefore, the contribution of AI technology is becoming extremely significant in recent geoscience.
This competition aims to promote the integration of the geoscience and information science through a model competition event.
We will hold the Award Ceremony during JpGU 2024 scheduled as follows.
Date: 26th May 2024, 12:15-12:40
Place: Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall 6 and online
