Organohalide perovskite materials are new-emerging light-harvesting materials of solar cells, which gives high power conversion efficiency of 26.1%, becoming close to that of commercial silicon solar cells (26.8%). The advantage of low process temperature (~150 ^oC) and solution-processability enables fabrication of perovskite solar cells on light-weight conductive plastic substrates (flexible solar cells) leading to wide usage of solar cell system. In this presentation we overview recent progress of performance improvement of perovskite solar cells.
