[O08-P61] Development of a simplified polarizing apparatuses suitable for today's educational environment

Polarized light microscopes,which are used to observe thin rock sections,are expensive,so many schools are unable to use them.
Therefore,hand-made simple polarization devices have been developed,but there have been no examples of previous reserch on the development of devices compatible with the ICT educational environment that uses tablet devices in recent years.
Therefore,we developed a simple and easy-to-use polarization device that can be used in ICT educational environments.
(1)Making method is very simple.
(2)Equipped with a rotating stage that rotates smoothly and bright rechargeable LED light,it is easy to use.
(3)One unit allows for joint observation by about 4 people.You can easily make group presentations by taking enlarged pictures with your tablet or smartphone.
(4)You can also take it to museum event or outdoors.
(5)Opportunities to observe rock textures can be definitely increased.
