[SIT16-P02] Why is the Van Allen belt eccentric? This is because "a mantle fragment collided with the Earth, causing the outer core to become eccentric by about 500 km."

Keywords:Why is the Van Allen belt eccentric? , Outer core to become eccentric by about 500 km in Earth ., Trane mantle fragment collides with Earth, causing mantle loss and formation of a giant crater, Crater is isostatic and rises on Ocean Floor, with a balance depth of approximately 5 km., Multi-Impact Hypothesis verifies "Ejection of Moon and Eccentricity of Earth's outer core."., We verified Origin and Driving Force Mechanisms of Plate Tectonics and Plate Boundaries.

1. Why is the Van Allen belt eccentric?
[Current Status] A 10% Core Eccentricity [6] was estimated because Altitude of Van Allen Belt over Brazil is decreasing. Mantle Invactor impact (BIG Event) at Pacific Ocean Location caused a Defect in Earth's Mantle and caused Darwin's Uplift due to isostasy. Surrounding Concave Plate became a Back-Arc Concave Basin, and due to isostasy, Shape of Outer Liquid Core was eccentric by 10% , and Rotational Position of Inner Solid Core was also eccentrically shifted. ⇒Van Allen Belt (500 km) is Cause of about 10% eccentricity (BIG event).

5. Multi-Impact Hypothesis[1] verifies "Ejection of Moon and Eccentricity of Earth's outer core.".
Multi-Impact Hypothesis for Origin of Moon, but it also includes Seven Oceans that account for 70% of Earth's Surface Area as indicated by Two-Peak Frequency Curve pointed out by Wegener[2].
Moon's Origin Explanation
a. Only CERRA tidal fracture fragments (mantle) ⇒ Only the Earth's mantle is ejected from the moon.
b. The orbit of the colliding object is the ceres position ⇒ Kinetic energy at the time of collision (V=12.4km/s, 36.45deg)
c.Earth's Mantle Ejection ⇒Moon's mantle, High Density on one side (Eccentricity) ⇒Always facing the earth.
d. Basalt melting ⇒ Ocean origin of the near side of the moon e. Moon's orbital energy ⇒ Rm=60-Re

4. Crater is isostatic and rises on Ocean Floor, with a Balance Depth of Approximately 5 km.
2. Outer core to become eccentric by about 500 km in Earth .
3. Trane Mantle Fragment collides with Earth, causing Mantle Loss and Formation of a Giant Crater.
Naturally, Ionized Liquid Core flows as a Ring Current, so if Earth's Magnetic Field is generated and Direction of Flow is reversed, Direction of Magnetization will also be reversed. Outer Mantle always rotates, but in Case of Earth, it rotates around Common Center of Gravity with Moon, and Inner Core is rotated by Moment from Outside (from Moon) and Outer Surface of Liquid Core (Eccentricity of Inner Surface of Mantle). Core periodically rotated forward and backward, and a Striped Residual Magnetization Pattern similar to that of a Tape Recorder Model [3] was formed on Ocean Floor Plate.

6. We verified Origin and Driving Force Mechanisms of Plate Tectonics and Plate Boundaries.
a. Driving Force of Plate Tectonics [×Thermal Convection (Internal Force) ⇒Tomoe Rotation of Earth and Moon (External Force) GOOD]
b. Plate Boundaries are Cracks in Earth's Mantle during Moon's Formation, and Decompression Melting allows Lateral Movement between Layers.
c. Mantle Defect ⇒ Isostatic Deformation (Outer Core Eccentricity, Crater Periphery Depression [Pacific Archipelago: Back-Arc Basin])
d. Overlapping of Plates ⇒ Subduction of a Convex Plate (Ocean) under a Concave Basin Plate.
e. Sudden Change in Earth's Axis Tilt and Plate Movement Direction ⇒ Fragment Collision at High Latitudes (Tilt due to Couple), Driving Force ⇒ Tomoe Rotation of Moon.
