The Indo-Pacific Convergence Zone, as a global biodiversity hotspot, plays a critical role in sustaining regional ecosystems through its unique physical dynamics and biogeochemical cycles. Using a high-resolution coupled physical-biological model (ROMS-CoSiNE), this study simulated and analyzed the region's dynamical processes, nutrient fluxes, and ecological responses. Results reveal significant spatiotemporal variability in currents and nutrient fluxes (Nitrate, Phosphate and Silicate) across key straits, such as the Makassar, Lombok, and Timor Straits. The seasonal variability in volume fluxes across major straits matches the observations. Nutrient budgets in the upper 100 meters of the water column were predominantly negative, identifying the region as a crucial exporter of nutrients to the Indian ocean. Whereas, eddies contribute a positive contributor of horizontal advection into the Indonesian seas.
