We report on the activities of the "NAGOMin (formerly named NAGOMI) Meeting" held by the Committee for the Revitalization of Next-Generation Scientific Society of the Society for Eco-Engineering and the Committee on Scientists' Lives of the Japanese Society for Biological Sciences in Space.
The NAGOMin Meeting has been held since October 2021 as "a place where people of all ages and across generations can get to know each other and talk", focusing on topics related to gender equality and the lives of scientists. So far, we have discussed life events experienced by scientists from young to senior scientists. Since human-to-human communication is important in a closed ecosystem, and the NAGOMin meeting serves as a practice for such communication, we report on the activities of the NAGOMin meeting.
