[HGG03-01] Geosciences and the Inetrnational Decade of Sciences for Sustainable Development (IDSSD)

The International Decade of Sciences for Sustainable Derveloopment (IDSSD) was a major focus of the International Science Council (ISC) Global Knowledge Dialogue held in January 2025 at Muscat, Oman, as part of the 3rd ISC General Assembly. The session Dialogues on natural resources and environment between earth and social sciences would be a timely contribution to the refinement and promotion of the research and other activities related with the IDSSD, which provides a solid framework for them. The present paper discusses how they should be pursued in reference to the significance of the achievement of the Muscat Global Knowledge Dialogue.
