[HGM04-P16] Rainfall-runoff analysis that captures the limits of the phenomenon can be used to help with evacuation line of sight

1.Past surveys and analysis of the area around the experimental site in Ishidera, Wazuka Town
Wazuka Town, Kyoto Prefecture, is located along the Wazuka River, a tributary that flows into the Kizu River, a tributary of the Yodo River, from the north. The Wazuka Fault runs parallel to the Wazuka River, and the Osaka Group and granite are interlayered. In previous research, a 2,000m2 forest was developed at an altitude of about 130m and about 25 degrees, and a 1m deep ground temperature ,sound meter, electrical conductivity EC of the shallow underground water was 59μs/cm, 150 for river water, and 220 for a 20m well,. A saturated/unsaturated infiltration flow 3 dimension finite element analysis AC-UNSAF3D was conducted to show landslide that occurred after the heavy rains of July 2018, and the closing of the drainage holes of a rebuilt bridge.
In the Minami Yamashiro flood disaster of 1953,in Ishidera the drainage moved over 10m where should be the hazard ruin for sightseeing guests to drop in.

2.Time series observation of rainfall and runoff and simulation by saturated/unsaturated groundwater analysis
Comparing time series rainfall and instrument area pipe outflow and the drain outflow before the bridge, the pipe outflow was found upper amount rainfall 34mm. The drain outflow was large enough to surface flow of the opposite road and boiling sand and soil several times a year after bridge rebuilt in 2023. Before bridge runoff floundered around the new year besides decreased about zero in 2024, rainfal to runoff lag is 5 days, instrument area pipe lag is 4 days alike to sound meter. Upper the debris dam 15m submerged in 2023 stream, rainfall runoff lag from Nov.2023 to May2024 was 0 day and drainage area similarity suggests groundwater stream scramble.
Using AC-UNSAF3D, surveyed the pipe outflow runoff upper 34mm amount rainfall. As a result runoff the outflow pipe was only up to 34mm-30mm per hour by AC-UNSAF3D .
There are software programs such as Kanako, which can analyze the wide-area runoff process using collapsed soil thickness data and surface flow infiltration water, and can show the spread of debris flows, but it is important to understand the limits at which the movement of water and soil changes.

3. Effective model for evacuation behavior in complex disasters that cause topographical changes
As a method to grasp the topographical changes caused by running water, we conducted science support classes at elementary schools in Osaka City using a disaster prevention sandbox projected with an infrared camera. The average score on the hazard map, with 1 being useful for everyday life and 0.5 being somewhat useful, was 0.67 at the Yamato River flood of about 3m, 0.68 at 0.5-3m, and 0.4 at 3-5m high tide, so the score was higher for usefulness to society, and we felt that this model could be used to make river disasters more familiar. In Noto, where the ground had been loosened by an earthquake, a river disaster containing sediment was seen due to 250mm of rainfall. When people who had escaped vertically to the second floor of their homes while looking at Kikikuru information on their smartphones and were saved, we took pictures of their eye movements when they took pictures of the outside from the window like the deceased, and found that they only saw a small part of it.

Research results showing that the extraocular muscles that control eye movements are also involved in accommodation in the human eye have been presented at the Vision Society and the Ophthalmology Society, and we would like to explore the construction of a model that can provide information that can be directly communicated to people, including children, and that can be useful for actual evacuation.
