The spatial plan is basically composed of the spatial structure and spatial pattern. The spatial structure plans residential and business centres and all supporting infrastructure net- works and facilities for related socioeconomic activities of the community. The spatial pattern distributes space allocation by considering protection functions as well as cultivation and/or development functions.
