We created a "safe" and "easy-to-understand" recipe for the general public: the hands-on experiments of "Sushi-Vinegar and Baking Soda Volcanic Eruption", which was aired in the NHK TV drama series "Sora Wataru Kyoshitsu (The Science Club)". We demonstrated this recipe at the NHK Drama Autumn Festivals held in Tokyo and in Kyushu in 2024. We will report the live demonstration of the Kitchen Earth Science experiments that are different from classroom lectures using textbooks and digital information.
