[U07-02] The activities of the JpGU Diversity Promotion Committee

I will introduce the activities of the JpGU Diversity Promotion Committee. This committee has long been involved in setting up childcare rooms and childcare support during conventions, career consultation rooms, career path questionnaires, and summer school participation for junior and senior high school girls. The committee has also organized events for junior and senior high school students for the past two years. On the other hand, I will briefly explain the actual situation of female researchers in Japan and the issue of fixed-term researchers.
