[P-EM13] Space Weather and Space Climate

Tue. May 26, 2026 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM 304 (International Conference Hall, Makuhari Messe)

Chairperson:Pulkkinen Antti(NASA Goddard Space Flight Center), Aronne Mary(NASA GSFC/CUA)

This session aims to share the latest scientific findings to better understand how the space environment evolves across various time scales, and to discuss strategies for responding through international and interdisciplinary collaboration. We welcome contributions on topics such as long-term space climate reconstruction, cutting-edge observational and modeling studies of space weather from the Sun to the Earth's surface, and applied research including operational space weather forecasting using machine learning techniques and hazard assessments for deep space human missions to the Moon and Mars.
