Past and recent environment, climate, and hazards in the Pacific Islands are of great interest not only to Earth Scientists but also to many other disciplines such as anthropologists and archaeologists. However, because of its high degree of interdisciplinarity, it is often not easy to grasp the overall picture. The main target of this session is to welcome any researchers who have worked on environment, climate and hazards in the Pacific Islands to contribute and share their findings.
